Creative Sales Associate

Located in the University Village, The Art Study is an unconventional art and framing gallery/gift shop that represents local and regional artists. We are currently seeking a creative sales associate to join our small team. The ideal candidate will enjoy client relations and have a creative background that can be applied to many functions in the store. This position will require: - Cashiering and money handling - Engaging with clients to best assist them with their product and artwork selections, including proper frame suggestions and assembly (training provided). - Stocking and maintenance of the sales floor, including product placement and daily cleaning duties. - Assist in the receiving of new product and artwork, including lifting boxes, labeling product and organizing into appropriate storage areas. This is a permanent position, offering 3-4 shifts at 20-26 hours/wk. Additional hours may be available depending on candidates' experience, skill set and availability. This position requires one weekend shift per week. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.76 per hour Work Location: In person
