MetaWealth is looking for a passionate and driven ROCKSTAR to join our team as a CreativeVisual Designer .

Our Creative Department is part of the international Product and Marketing teams—a group of passionate professionals dedicated to unleashing the full potential of the MetaWealth brand. We are seeking a driven Creative Visual Designer to join our growing team.

As a Creative Visual Designer at MetaWealth you'll leverage your refined design instincts to create meaningful visuals across all customer touchpoints including MetaWealth-owned platforms third-party platforms events and other engagement opportunities. With a customer-first mindset you'll ensure every design aligns with client needs delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations. You'll work seamlessly within a collaborative environment partnering with UX Creative Leads Designers and Marketing teams to deliver impactful creative assets.

You’ll thrive in an environment that values ownership speed and learning. You understand the nuances of digital transformation know how to design for large brands and scalable systems and are unafraid to challenge the status quo with bold high-standard ideas. Your communication will foster transparency and alignment across teams ensuring designs deliver meaningful results while keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and understanding of fin-tech operations.

• Collaborate with our marketing department to create compelling concepts for 360 campaigns.

• Present concepts and implement feedback from stakeholders creative leads and partners.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication of design projects updates and strategy.

• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience & design language across our platform.

• Have an intuitive sense for good copy and how it can effectively convey an idea.

• Influence MetaWealth product vision and design strategy with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Proactively engage with customer insights and feedback to inform design decisions and ensure solutions are user-centric.

• Contribute to our design system and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital/print experimental and campaign-level thinking.

• Proven experience in web design landing pages and responsive web instances.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics in line with brand guidelines.

• Strong communication skills capable of presenting and justifying design decisions.

• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experience with motion graphics and 3d skills is a big plus

• An emphasis on financial services or fintech is a plus but not required.

• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a passion for pixel-perfect high-quality design.
