Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for supporting the overseas HoYoverse creator management strategy enhancing the creator management system including but not limited to content creator onboarding contract signing monetization and growth support

  • Manage the HoYoverse creator community develop community rules and optimize the content creator community experience

  • Understand the needs of content creators establish a feedback mechanism identify bottlenecks in the creator management process from the perspective of players and creators coordinate resources to find solutions and improve content creator satisfaction

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in content creator operation / game community operation preferably with experience in Thailand content creator management

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry familiarity with HoYoverse games and familiarity with the content ecosystem of at least 1-2 platforms including but not limited to YouTube TikTok Discord X etc

  • Clear logical thinking strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle pressure and drive initiatives

  • Proficiency in English and Thai to liaise with teams. Knowing Chinese is plus point
