Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring customer expectations according to market dynamics and changes, and adapting them to the company's business processes Preparing customer-based financial profitability, customer performance KPIs, DSO, and all credit control reports Following up collection processes for all sales channels, maintaining current order, and preparing reports Managing account reconciliations for all sales channels Tracking channel-based risk and collateral processes and taking necessary actions Participating in the distributor financial analysis process and coordinating and following up necessary action plans Managing Cash Management and Payment Systems and integrating them into the system Preparing Credit Control Reports and taking actions based on the reports Providing support for systemic improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Preferably postgraduate education from Business Administration, Economics, or related faculties

Experience: 6-8 years of work experience in relevant positions (preferably 3-4 years of FMCG experience)

  • Full proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel reporting and formulas)
  • Experienced or knowledgeable in BI applications
  • ERP program usage skills, preferably having an active role in the ERP transition process
  • Systematic and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Highly motivated
  • Eager for business development
  • No travel restrictions
