Credit Union P&C Licensed Sales Producer (Salary + Commission)

Credit Union P&C Licensed Sales Producer An exclusive opportunity to become a sales P&C producer for our Credit Union network. This role will be responsible for the sale of P&C products to existing credit union members and prospects. Tired of trying to find your own lead source? Licensed Sales Producer Responsibilities include: • Effectively manage incoming and outbound calls • Conduct policy reviews & update policies through endorsements • Cross-sell existing customers with other P&C products • Generate sales for Home and Auto products through outbound and inbound calls as well as banker referrals. • Understand and guide customers through billing concerns • Provide Excellent Customer Service • Assisting with On-Boarding New Customers • Understand and communicate all possible discounts with customers • Listen, communicate and resolve customer concerns • Process payments and policy changes • Educate customers and prospects on how to protect their family and assets • Provide a positive customer experience Skills/Abilities • Strong Personal Drive • Goal Driven • Ability to Multi-task • Good organizational skills • Confident with a Strong Work Ethic • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-person environment with a maintained focus • Willingness to learn • Strong attention to detail Requirements: • Must have an active Property & Casualty license • 3+ years of successful sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred • 1+ years of successful customer service experience preferred Compensation: Base salary 45k-50k with milestone bonuses.
