Crew Leader Epoxy Floor, Specialized Coatings, Polished Concrete, Sealants, and Fireproofing

We are a rapidly growing, safety-conscious commercial painting and coatings company with over 30 years of experience. We are seeking a reliable, **FULL-TIME Foreman with at least **5 years of experience in a supervisory role with a commercial/industrial coatings company. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, sealant applications, concrete restoration/repair, and fireproofing, with strong leadership skills to manage crews and ensure high-quality project execution. Proficiency in Procore project management software is required. Painting experience is a plus. (Hourly pay rate will depend on experience.)
