As a Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote the products and services offered by Cricket Wireless. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories. Your role will involve building relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive brand image for Cricket Wireless. Your main objective will be to assist customers in finding the right wireless solutions that meet their communication needs. By leveraging your knowledge of Cricket Wireless products and services, you will guide customers through the sales process, explaining features and benefits, addressing questions or concerns, and ultimately closing the sale. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations based on their requirements. Engage in friendly conversations to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively educate customers about available options. 3. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets by effectively promoting Cricket Wireless products and services. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions. 4. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support by assisting customers with device setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing billing inquiries. Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Store Operations: Contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations by accurately processing transactions, maintaining inventory levels, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment. 6. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Cricket Wireless in a professional and positive manner. Uphold the company's values and brand image by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
