Job Summary:

• Must be ABIM board certified/board eligible in Critical Care
• Florida license or ability to obtain
• Ability to work full time
• 15, 12-hour day shifts with night call from home
• Days split between South Tampa and South Shore ICUs
• South Tampa: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 4-6
• South Shore: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 11-12
• APP support present during the day, split time between both facilities
• APP providers in house at night, low burden call from home

• HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital, conveniently located near downtown Tampa, is a 183-bed acute care hospital that provides 24-hour emergency care, behavioral health, cardiovascular services, general surgery and imaging and diagnostic services. 
• HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is a 138-bed, acute care hospital serving Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Gibsonton and the surrounding areas.   With 185 physicians and 550 employees, the hospital is located just off of I-75, which provides easy access to Tampa, the airport and a wide range of sporting and cultural events.
