Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications to meet business requirements including entity creation form customization and workflow automation.
Development: Write and maintain code using C# JavaScript and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of the platform.
Integration: Work on integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues provide ongoing support and perform system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts project managers and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective
