CRM Dynamics 365 Customer Service developer

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. Your Role and Responsibilities

Development: Write and maintain code using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of the platform.

Integration: Work on integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, provide ongoing support, and perform system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
