This position works out of our Alameda, CA office.

As the CRM Manager, Acquisition, you will be responsible for scaling acquisition of prospects by designing relevant communication journeys, ensuring CRM systems provide an effective sales funnel, and developing and implementing marketing techniques. Working in close collaboration with the head of brand strategy and customer experience, you will build an in-depth understanding of prospect needs and behaviors to achieve acquisition. You will have to enhance an efficient customer feedback mechanism upon which best practices would be built. To achieve this, you will need to develop new CRM channels and foster existing ones to pilot marketing strategies and track performance. You will be responsible for building out the testing strategy for email campaigns and journeys and provide deep analysis reporting of your testing findings. You will be able to find meaningful insights from performance metrics and share your recommended strategies with the team.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the CRM director to develop, Implement and own acquisition communication strategy, clarify outcomes and timelines and develop highly converting communication journeys
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to develop leads pipeline and conversion tactics.
  • Create Design/Content Marketing Briefs and route through approval process.
  • Manage the email engagement strategy, including email setup, testing, QA, and deployment of email campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute data-driven, dynamic campaigns and deliver highly-targeted/segmented marketing campaigns
  • Identify and create prospective customer segments based on website and email behavior
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and customers to create and maintain lasting relationships
  • Install a cross-functional communication system to guarantee customer satisfaction with products and assess the quality of assurance metrics
  • Track, measure and constantly optimize email-marketing programs for growth.
  • Optimize marketing mix across multiple channels including email, SMS, notifications and web landing pages, including the product vision and execution of capabilities in new channels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a CRM/Email/SMS/Push Marketing role.
  • Proven track record in CRM management leading to significant financial and business impact
  • Expert knowledge of Email System Provider (ESP) Braze or others
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, conversation tracker, and other relevant software
  • Personal oral and writing skills suitable for customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with healthcare or health tech is a plus
  • A bachelor's or higher degree in marketing or related fields with clear communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative, customer segmentation and analytical experience

$104,300 - $208,500
