Job Description Job Summary Department: Marketing Position: CRM Specialist/Manager Reports to: Director of Marketing Location: Houston, TX Are you a systems thinker with a passion for customer experience, process optimization, and technology implementation? As our CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide adoption and optimization of our CRM platform-HubSpot-across sales, service, and marketing functions. Supporting three energy-focused brands (Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, LLC, Total Energy Solutions, LLC, and Power Temp Systems, Inc.), you'll lead CRM system configuration, user enablement, and data governance to ensure high-quality customer interactions and streamlined operations. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM platform capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset to support a wide range of business functions. Responsibilities Responsibilities of the role are summarized as: collaboration/cross-functional support, system strategy, data managementreporting, user trainingadoption, and general process improvement. Serve as the organization's HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert. Work with third-party implementation partner to project manage the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot CRM across business units. Maintain CRM data integrity through regular audits, standardization practices, and deduplication. Manage integrations between HubSpot and systems (such as ERP, service modules, etc.) and apps (for data cleaning, specific integrations, etc.) that are native, third-party, or custom-built through APIs. Provide hands-on training, documentation, and support to users across departments. Act as the first line of support for system issues, enhancements, and user feedback. Document best practices for CRM usage and drive consistency in processes. Analyze current business workflows and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and deliver scalable solutions that meet the operational needs of sales, service, and marketing teams. Partner with marketing and inside/outside sales teams to design and implement lead management, pipeline tracking, and activity monitoring processes. Support service teams by administering tools for ticketing, customer support, and feedback management. Ensure marketing workflows integrate smoothly with CRM data to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement. Assist in the development of/updates to dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, service, and leadership to provide visibility into team performance and customer metrics. Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors as needed to implement advanced functionality or integrations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, marketing/sales, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, or customer success enablement. Experience managing HubSpot CRM (required); certifications preferred. Proficient in CRM customization, user roles, workflow automation, and custom reporting. Familiarity with ticketing and customer service modules in HubSpot. Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across multiple departments. Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in solving problems. Comfortable leading training sessions and change management initiatives. Background in B2B industrial, energy, or service-based environments is preferred. Experience with ERP-CRM system integration. Experience in both enterprise and growth-stage settings is preferred. Work Environment The CRM Specialist will work cross-functionally in a collaborative corporate environment. You'll interface with stakeholders in sales, service, and marketing across three brands to deliver a high-performance CRM experience. Travel may be required for team meetings, training sessions, and vendor coordination.
