We’re seeking aCRM Marketing Automation Specialistto lead and optimize our CRM, automation, and communication systems. This role connects marketing, sales, customer service, and development teams to align data, technology, and strategy. You’ll build automation workflows, manage campaigns, improve processes, and enhance the customer journey — all with a data-driven, tech-savvy mindset. **This role is 100% on-site located in Houston, TX 77064** Why Join Us? • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance • 401(k) & Roth options • Paid time off & holidays • Tuition reimbursement • Casual dress code What You’ll Do: • Manage and optimize CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and campaign execution. • Build multi-channel customer journeys and refine workflows using AI and behavioral data. • Maintain data integrity, integrations, and clean connections across platforms and teams. • Create and deploy customer emails, SMS, and dashboards to track campaign performance. • Analyze data to link leads, sales, and product outcomes — identifying opportunities for improvement. • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and aligned deliverables. • Stay ahead of AI and marketing tech trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: • Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms. • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Proficiency with data integrations (APIs, Zapier), UTM tagging, and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics). • Analytical mindset and ability to write or guide effective customer communications. • Familiarity with ad platform data and offline conversion tracking. Bonus Points For: • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, personalization engines, or predictive analytics. • Background in high-volume B2C lead generation.
