Details:
•  Join a close-knit team of 8 CRNAs at an award-winning hospital just outside the Twin Cities
•  1:4 MDA-to-CRNA medical direction practice model
•  Enjoy flexible scheduling options with 8 or 10 shifts available
•  1:8 call rotation with the flexibility to "peel off" two half days around your call shift for added balance
•  Diverse case mix: general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, a high-volume total joint program, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy. (No heads/hearts/peds)
•  Work alongside exceptional surgeons in a collaborative, supportive environment
•  Opportunity to teach and mentor CRNA students during their clinical rotations at the facility

Compensation/Benefits:
•  Competitive salary range of $300,000 to $320,000, commensurate with experience and added on-call / call-back time
•  Option to take on extra call shifts if desired
•  Sign on bonus, Training stipend, Relocation support, CME stipend
•  Enjoy 37 days off annually, plus an additional 10 days through the "Caregiver Benefit" to support family-related needs
