• Independent CRNA practice model
• Full time pay for a 4-day Monday-Thursday work week!
• Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024
• Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds
• Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here.

Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.
• Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
• No on-site call/beeper call only & additional generous call-back pay for any return to facility
