CRNA | Autonomous Practice | Highly Customizable Schedule & Lucrative Pay | MN

Join a collegial team of 12 CRNAs at this state-of-the-art community hospital in beautiful Minnesota Lake Country.
•  Independent model - truly practice at the top of your license as a CRNA
•  10K+ surgeries performed annually: Gen Surg and endoscopy, Ortho, Spine, Robotics, OBGYN, Urology, minimal ENT, & eyes (no heads, no hearts)
•  CRNAs here do central lines, A-lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, axillary and other regional blocks
•  Comfortability with doing your own cases is required, but the team is happy to help you get up to speed for regional if need be
•  Extremely competitive compensation: $300K starting base salary with 1.5x pay for any overtime hours
•  Customizable schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s will likely work best, but hospital is open to flexibility. **Part-time or 1099 will also be considered
•  No waiting around if your cases wrap up early - go home when you are finished & still receive the full day of pay
•  7-11 weeks of Time Off, commensurate with experience
