Opportunity
•  Schedule: Flexible four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts weekly, no overnight call.
•  Case Volume: Average 2-3 cases per CRNA.
•  Compensation Package: Total Earning Potential: Up to $300,000+ annually
o  Recruitment Incentives: Up to $50,000
o  $15K relocation assistance
o  6 weeks PTO
o  $2,500 CME with 1 week CME leave
•  EMR: Epic
•  Practice Model: Collaborative supervision with anesthesiologists (1:1 for complex cases; 1:2 for routine or healthy pediatric cases).
