UPMC Wellsboro has an opportunity to practice independently with an all CRNA group in a 25 bed critical access hospital in Wellsboro, PA. There are currently three providers and looking to add a fourth. Three OR's and two endo rooms. No hearts/heads/vascular. Very few pediatrics - healthy ENT. General, Ortho, podiatry, urology. Competitive base compensation with time and a half for hours worked on call. Call is 1:4 Call can be taken from home if within 15 minutes of hospital. Otherwise, in house. Great benefits with employer match for 403B. The position is for an immediate start date or as soon as possible for the candidate. Must be comfortable practicing independently. Comfort with epidurals is a must. Experience with spinals and nerve blocks a plus but willing to train. Anesthesia team has a great rapport with surgeons and hospitalists, making for a very pleasant work environment.
