This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a CRNA to lead their department. Provide needed pain medicine services and partner with hospital leadership as the surgical program grows. The opportunity:
•  Practice independently providing pain medicine to fill a growing need.
•  Work with a collaborative group of physicians and APPs that provide a strong referral base.
•  Lead the anesthesia department as the hospital develops their surgical program.
•  4-day work week with 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage provides extraordinary work/life balance.
•  Ability to pick up call shifts in nearby communities.

Compensation Details:
•  Base salary up to $325K+ depending on experience.
•  248 hours of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
•  Up to $30,000 per year in student loan repayment.
