CRNA - Pain Management | No Call | $325K+ | Kansas

This Critical Access hospital is looking for a CRNA to provide pain management and lead their anesthesia program as they develop their surgical program. The opportunity:
•  Practice independently with a strong support staff to provide care to a diverse population.
•  Strong referral base with collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.
•  Leadership opportunity as the hospital develops their surgical program and anesthesia needs.
•  Enjoy a great lifestyle with a 4-day work week, just 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage.
•  Additional income available by picking up call shifts in nearby communities.

Compensation Details:
•  Ongoing base salary ranges up to $325K+.
•  Up to $30,000 per year in retention bonus or for student loan repayment.
•  Great work/life balance with 7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
