•  Bread-and-butter cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, OB, and ENT
•  Hybrid schedule includes 1-week of call, 1-week in the OR, and then 1-week off
•  Total autonomy with no physician oversight
•  Employed position offering nearly a $300K base plus annual quality bonus
