How to become a CRO Strategist in the scandiweb eCommerce expert team?

What do we expect from a CRO Strategist?
Previous work experience in CRO, UX Design, Customer Experience, A/B Testing, or eCommerce fields;
Confident written and spoken English skills. You will be working internationally;
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
Ability to validate ideas through A/B or usability testing;
Excellent presentation skills, including building slide decks and Excel reports;
Ability to explain collected data to a mainstream audience;
Great relationship-building and communication skills.
What are the responsibilities of a CRO Strategist?
Optimize on-site user flow and experience to drive customer conversions;
Execute experimentation-based implementations to convert website visitors into customers;
Conduct Conversion and UX Research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for optimization opportunities;
Perform heuristic evaluations of websites and eCommerce stores to identify areas for improvement;
Transform findings into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience on eCommerce sites;
Set up and manage experimentation programs, ensuring ongoing A/B testing on clients’ websites;
Enable user experience personalization on eCommerce sites;
Plan and implement eCommerce website optimization programs;
Collaborate closely with Developers, Data Analysts, UI designers, and Project Managers.
