CSD Portfolio Team Lead

Team Lead is a player/coach position and is responsible for day-to-day delivery of multiple CSD features, with a primary focus on Tenant Connectivity (Setup). This position requires a technical skill set and experience gained from numerous Identity Management product implementations. The Team Lead is responsible for engagement scoping, interfacing with client project management, and overall service delivery for our customers. Also responsible for cross-functional collaboration with other key internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that services are provided, implemented correctly, and billed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as point person for the client on Service Delivery issues/escalations and take accountability for remedying any service failures.
• Manage with a focus on profitability and productivity to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the business relationship between SailPoint and assigned client accounts.
• Monitor accounts for changes in solution/product usage, personnel, goals, mission, financial conditions, competitor involvement, and other areas that could influence the clients' ongoing use and/or satisfaction with SailPoint's products and services.
• Provide strategic updates on clients' performance to SailPoint Senior Management. Provide regular status updates to account teams and Managers.
• Identify new opportunities for expanding SailPoint product/service usage to maximize client success and SailPoint revenue growth.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of Engagement Manager or Project Manager experience. or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
• Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Previous experience working with a SaaS product is a plus
• Familiarity with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Familiarity with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Familiarity with enterprise HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET or C++ is a plus
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell)
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus
• Experience in a startup company is a plus
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
• Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
• Experience with some of the following:
• XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers
• Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
• Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
• Directories (LDAP, AD)
• Java, BeanShell, JavaScript Node.js
• Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow)
• Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js)

Preferred:

• Experience in IDAM domain with at least 5+ years delivering projects with any IAM/IGA solution in the market
• Familiarity with other identity governance vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts a plus

• Familiarity with role-based access controls and least-privileged access models a plus
• Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
• Experience with quality assurance duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)
• Security software or IT audit experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Technical degree or Master's degree a plus),Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience, preferred not required
• J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus
• SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire

Travel:

• This position requires up to 15% travel
