Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date in the system. • Assist customers with cash handling transactions, ensuring accuracy and security in all financial dealings. • Analyze customer requests to provide tailored solutions and enhance overall satisfaction. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing. • Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance client experiences. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. • Proficient phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally. • Experience in cash handling is a plus. • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
