Job Description
Mega Furniture is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep to provide timely and accurate support in a fast-paced, deadline driven office environment. Position involves dealing with customers, managers and sales staff. The individual will handle a wide range of tasks including customer service, sales support.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be well organized and very flexible.They must have the ability to interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Interact with customers, answer phones promptly and schedule appointments
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, copying, mail distribution and filing
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
• Other related duties assigned
• Handling customer concerns
Qualifications
• Customer service and Service industry experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills
• Good judgement and decision making ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Maintain a positive service attitude
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
This is a full time position from 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. We offer health insurance as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour
