What you will do:
* Nous sommes à la recherche de candidats ayant une disponibilité flexible incluant les matins et soirs en semaine, ainsi que les fins de semaines.
Nos cuisiniers et cuisinières de ligne font partie intégrante de l’équipe sur laquelle nous comptons pour offrir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle à notre clientèle. Ils et elles ont notamment la responsabilité de respecter des directives précises en matière de santé et de sécurité, de gérer des stocks alimentaires au quotidien et de préparer des plats conformément aux normes de l’entreprise. Si vous brillez dans des environnements vivants, dynamiques et à rythme accéléré, ce poste est peut-être pour vous!
Dans ce rôle, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes (sans toutefois s’y limiter) :
- Organiser les produits alimentaires dans les garde-manger et bien prĂ©parer les postes de friture et autres postes de travail de la cuisine en fonction des besoins du jour.Â
- Respecter les recettes, les portions prédéterminées et la présentation requise selon les directives en vigueur.
- Réapprovisionner tous les produits durant votre quart de travail.
- Nettoyer, désinfecter et organiser la cuisine, les chambres froides et les lieux d’entreposage.
- Respecter les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité, notamment en ce qui concerne les pathogènes transmissibles par le sang, les infections, l’utilisation de matières dangereuses et la sécurité incendie.
- Assumer d’autres responsabilités à la demande du chef, de la cheffe, du sous-chef ou de la sous-cheffe.

- Vous avez de l’expérience dans un environnement similaire.
- Vous connaissez les méthodes et les normes en lien avec le service alimentaire, les principes d’hygiène et de manipulation sûre des aliments.
- Vous ĂŞtes en mesure de travailler selon des horaires variables et pendant des heures prolongĂ©es.Â
- Vous détenez un diplôme en gestion des services alimentaires (un atout).

* We are seeking candidates with flexible availability, including mornings and evenings during the week, as well as weekends.
Our Hourly Line Cooks are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest. Hourly Line Cooks have a range of responsibilities in the kitchen including strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, maintaining food stock levels throughout the day, and preparing meals consistent with company standards. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!
In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Daily set-up and preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as instructed.
- Restocking all items throughout the shift.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Adhering to all regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety.
- Performing additional responsibilities as requested by the chef or sous chef.
Qualifications:
This role may be a perfect fit for you if:
- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- You have experience in a similar environment.
- You have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation and principles of safe food handling.
- You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
- A professional diploma or food services management is an asset but not required.
