Job Description
We’re hiring a hands-on Executive Chef who thrives in chaotic, creative, high-volume kitchens and knows how to lead both people and operations without breaking a sweat.
If you’ve successfully juggledbanquets + dinner service, managedlarge line teams, and coached rising stars into future CDCs—you’re who we’re looking for.
Must-Have Experience:
• BOH leadership in $8M+ restaurants or boutique hotels
• Banquet + daily service coordination
• Strong financial skills: COGS, food/labor cost, scheduling
• Coaching, development, and retention of kitchen teams
• Hands-on leadership: can still jump on the line
• Bonus: pastry oversight, bilingual, Mediterranean/fusion background
Preferred Backgrounds:
• Boutique hotels withrestaurant + event operations
• Upscale, full-service restaurants withMediterranean, Modern American, ormulti-unitconcepts
• High-touch, high-volume kitchens
• Startup or turnaround experience is a big bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
