We are a Canadian restaurant premium casual chain with 65 locations across Canada. We have opened our first US location in Dallas, TX and will be opening our second location in Houston, TX in the fall of 2017. As we approach this new restaurant opening, we are seeking motivated individuals with an extensive background and experience in Culinary who we can hire into an entry level supervisory role with a promising career path as Sous Chef and Chef. Entry level supervisor position is the first step in learning our menu, recipes, systems, procedures, etc. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to grow with a new company, and one who possesses all of the following qualifications: - Bilingual: Spanish, English - Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisor level or management position in a fast paced kitchen - Minimum 3 professional references and/or reference letters - Manager Food Handler's Certificate (TX) Interview process will include two interviews by Sous Chef and Chef for Houston location, followed by reference checks and a paid working interview. Training will be conducted in a supervisory role over the months leading up to the opening of our Houston restaurant, and our company will take care of moving arrangements for you to Houston in the fall.
