Culture Operations Lead

As our Founding Culture Operations Alchemist, you have the critical task of developing and fostering Lumos Culture! You will be our People Advocate, owning New Hire onboarding, scaling our worldwide culture, organizing team-wide offsites + events, and instilling our company values in everything we do.

• Own our New Hire Onboarding Program: Serve as new hires’ and cross-functional teams’ primary point of contact for onboarding, ensuring they have all materials necessary to succeed.
• Enhance and Scale our Company Culture Globally: Own recognition programs and help us celebrate Important Moments across the world (i.e. celebrating Birthdays, Anniversaries, and large life moments!). Organize monthly virtual events to foster collaboration and bonding.
• Run Lumos-Critical Events: Partner with Exec team to organize and run company-wide meetings, including All Hands, Monthly Feedback Sessions, and founder lunches. Set the strategy and own execution of our annual company-wide offsites and Coworking weeks.
• Dig into Business Operations: Partner with Biz Ops and the People team to improve business operations procedures, ensure continuous engagement from Alchemists through Q&As and surveys, and drive initiatives from feedback.

• $87,000 - $105,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
