The company’s experience spans more than 20 years and stretches across the globe, with offices in the United States, Asia and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.Summary Objective The Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe. Essential Functions • Clean and sanitize entry/lobby, general office areas, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, windows and polish fixtures. • Make sure floors are mopped, washed and vacuumed. • Maintains cleanliness of shop floor. • Dusts and vacuums furniture. • Empty trash. • Removes recycling materials. • Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways. • Tracks and orders maintenance supplies. • Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed inside and outside with uncontrolled weather conditions.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
