Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a Night Floating Janitor for our Seattle/Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facility users. As a Night Floating Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises. This role requires the candidate to have flexibility, as you will have a different work assignment/building location daily. This position is perfect for individuals who have experience working independently or as part of a team. We offer multiple schedules and competitive pay rates.Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks • Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors • Dust and polish surfaces • Empty trash receptacles • Interact professionally with customers and team membersQualifications • 1 year of previous janitorial/cleaning experience is required • Must have flexibility, as you will regularly be working at different building locations in the area. • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds • Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods • Must be 18 years or older • All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background checkCompensation Pay ranges from$22.76 to $22.76 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.Benefits • Union Pension • Medical/Dental/Vision insurance for employees and their dependents • Paid Vacation, accruing at increasing rates with years of service • Paid Sick Time, accrued based on hours worked • 7 Paid Holidays (employees are eligible for holiday pay after 90 working days) Offered compensation: $22.76/hrExperience and License Requirements • 1 year or more of Cleaning/Janitorial Experience • Authorized to work in U.S. • Cleaning Equipment/Backpack Vacuum (optional) • Janitorial/Cleaning • Medical Janitorial (optional)
