THE RIGHT 2 WORK CORPORATION Overview: • A strong employee knowledgeable and experience in Commerical Custodial task for a part-time position. Must be reliable and able to be work in two locations. A worker with strong work ethic that takes pride in custodial tasks. List of Key Responsibilities: • Conducts Custodial and Floor Tech Operations Must be on site as required to ensure proper performance of contract-required tasks and documentation. • Custodian must report to the Supervisor, Contract Administrator & Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager/and or President for all matters concerning operations via written reports and email/telephone calls to discuss pertinent issues. Exact reporting requirements will be addressed separately. • Tasked with completing daily cleaning requirement inside and outside of the building. Must be trained and experieced in daily and maintained in as operable, like new condition, subject to normal wear and tear; ensuring they are safe and being properly operated. Required Skills: • 3 to 5+ Years in A Related Management Position • Owns a Smart Phone • Works well with others • Reliable • Punctual • Organizational, Communication Skills and Professionalism with discretion • College Degree (preferred) • Ability to meet or exceed company pre-set goals • Must have 3-5 years Floor Technician Experience • Must have 3-5 years Commerical Custodial Experience • Working position that requires working with employee and ensuring high quality of work Must Have Knowledge of: • Basic safety and safety training procedures. • Correspondence and communication etiquette. • Understanding scope of work to meet deadlines and exceed performance standards Attributes Needed for Position: • Strong communication skills • Excellent people skills and work ethics • Must be self-motivated to organize and prioritize to accomplish company pre-set goals. • Able to recognize deficiency and implement change to immediately improve efficiency. • Excellent people skills.
