Custodian (Full-time) Swing Shift

Duties: - Perform general custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash cans and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed - Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required - Perform other duties as assigned -Set up cafeteria for lunch -Clean up cafeteria after lunch -Set and break down of events -Snow removal Qualifications: -Successful completion of a background check -Boiler license or willingness to obtain one - Previous experience in custodial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to operate buffing machines, carpet cleaners, and other industrial cleaning equipment - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
