This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in CNC mill and lathe operations who thrives on working on multiple custom projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce high-quality, precision metal components. • Review blueprints and technical drawings to set up and program machines accurately. • Handle multiple jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. • Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools to confirm parts meet specifications. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, with proficiency in both CNC mills and lathes. • Experience with a Haas CNC machine is a plus • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience in custom or small-batch machining is a plus. • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy work environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
