Customer Account Associate Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer experiences utilizing active listening skills and sales techniques • Create and implement territory sales and business development strategies to boost brand visibility and drive revenue growth • Assist customers manage their accounts, answer their questions, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs, all while promoting Frontier’s products and services • Participate in daily team meetings with fellow Customer Account Associates to discuss sales strategies, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction • Stay updated on Frontier’s promotions and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and help them make informed sales decisions • Overseeing the client onboarding process, including setting up all customer accounts for success and in accordance with company compliance Customer Account Associate Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to connect with customers and understand their needs • A valid driver's license, reliable for driving to different client meeting locations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet both customer service and sales goals • Identify Industries, key markets, and contacts for potential leads through strategic research and outreach • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software to manage customer accounts and sales processes • Enthusiasm for promoting Frontier’s products and services and meeting sales targets • Partner with fellow Customer Account Associates to strengthen customer relationships, deliver solutions, and drive sales growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,931.00 - $56,368.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
