Customer Account Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client needs while effectively handling inquiries and issues. Duties • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Provide outstanding customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have. • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring that all client interactions are documented accurately in our systems. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients. • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, maintaining professionalism at all times. • Analyze client feedback and data to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in English is required. • Previous experience in customer service or client services is essential; call center experience is a plus. • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks. • Analytical skills to assess client feedback and develop strategies for improvement.
