Job Description
Our firm’s Customer Service and Sales Team is working toward a major mission to achieve and strive to be the top sales firm in the greater Philadelphia area. With years of experience, we are looking to make an impact in the marketing world, like never before. We are exploring candidates who are articulate, bright, and detail-oriented for this position to support our continuous growth and client acquisition. Our focus is on expanding our clients' reach into additional markets, and to do so, we are hiring a Customer Associate immediately. This position is desired by someone who wants to be supported and developed into a future manager. We believe in our client’s mission and trust our top trainers to put dreams and aspirations on paper and turn this advancement into reality.
The Customer Associate’s role initially is to generate sales, communicate with potential customers, and nourish existing customer relationships. You would additionally promote Home Improvement Services, symbolize and carry a great reputation as the face of the company on conference calls or events, meetings with key clients, and help plan and manage marketing and promotion initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the Customer Associate team and account managers to facilitate new campaign proposals and communicate business information.
• On behalf of management, participate in brand/service knowledge training given to on-site business development and account management teams.
• Assist customers with any questions they have regarding the services and brand to develop customized strategies and packages that would be aligned with their needs and wants.
• Seek new business opportunities in the market by acting as the liaison between our company and clients.
• Observe and learn from senior account managers and assist with framing new client objectives each week.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A BS degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is recommended.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in a client-facing role.
• Must be willing to work hard in an entry-level position and attend appropriate training sessions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with multiple sales techniques.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Able to confidently and professionally communicate with other Executives.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Negotiation skills and persuasive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
Shift:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
