Job Summary: We’re hiring a Customer Care Associate to join our Sherman Oaks team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and messages. This role focuses on supporting warm and hot leads — no cold calling. You will provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and help resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
