Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Care Associate serves as the frontline connection between our company and our customers. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction ends with the customer feeling supported, heard, and satisfied. Whether you're guiding someone through a product setup, resolving a billing concern, or following up on a service request, your goal is to make every customer interaction smooth and successful.
Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback on services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our office management system.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide support in various client service initiatives and projects as needed.
Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center or office environment.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Empathetic, patient, and resilient under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.66 - $26.09 per hour
Work Location: In person
