CAREER OPPORTUNITY TheResidential Real Estate Councilis seeking a friendly and outgoingCustomer Care Coordinatorwho is committed to providing exceptional customer experience. As the first point of contact for members and customers, this role calls for a warm and approachable demeanor with a positive outlook and strong eye for detail. TheCustomer Care Coordinatorserves as a key resource, delivering courteous, accurate, and efficient support for RRC's products, programs and services. In addition to responding to inquiries, this role provides troubleshooting assistance across multiple RRC platforms aiming to resolve at least 90% of the customer queries without escalation. Success in this position requires strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to an every-changing environment. In support of our incredible team, RRC offers amazing benefits and perks: • Aetna Medical POS or HMO option • Employer paidAetna Dental and Vision (EyeMed) • Paid Time Off (Accrual prorated in the first year, then 10 days) • 7 Paid Sick Days, 4 Personal Days and 11 Paid Holidays • 401(k) plan withemployer match • Flexible Spending Account and Commuter Expense Program • Employer paidLife Insurance, Short Term/Long Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program • Free accessto fitness center in the building with lockers and showers • HybridWork Environment with a35-hour work week(required in office TuesdayThursday) • Salary Range: 48k-52k depending on skills and experience ROLE EXPECTATIONS • Provide a friendly, energetic, professional customer experience through written and verbal communications • Assist members in understanding their progress in earning the CRS Designation, explaining the remaining requirements and available options • Accurately process new member, reinstatement, and designation applications within established timelines • Engage in member recruitment and retention efforts, including proactive outreach via phone calls, emails and social media • Monitor and coordinate follow-up on complaints of unauthorized use of CRS designation • Stay informed of all RRC programs and services to effectively assist members • Ensure the accuracy of membership records in the database • Track and document all member interactions to ensure seamless service and issue resolution • Take ownership for inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving member concerns promptly and effectively • Conduct weekly courtesy calls to current members regarding membership renewals and provide further assistance with RRC products and services • Support departmental and organizational initiatives as needed • Proactively recommend RRC products or services based on member needs • Work overtime as requested to meet business needs • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager TALENTS AND CREDENTIALS • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment, nonprofit/association experience preferred, but not required • Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent attention to detail • High-energy, positive personality, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Self-motivated and proactive, while also excelling in a team environment • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes For consideration: If you want to be a part of this dynamic organization, please email a cover letter and resume by clicking the apply button.
