Job Description

We’re looking for aCustomer Care Representativewho brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every customer interaction. You don’t need a long list of past roles—what matters most is your ability to listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and ensure every customer feels supported across chat, phone, and email. Salary starts at $26 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and feedback via phone, chat, and email • Provide clear, helpful answers while maintaining a friendly and respectful tone • Troubleshoot product or service issues and ensure a smooth resolution • Log all customer interactions accurately in our support system (e.g. Zendesk) • Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure closure • Collaborate with other teams to solve recurring issues and improve service • Represent our values and commitment to customer care in every interaction Requirements: • Compassionate, calm, and clear communicator • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly • Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized • Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
