About the Role As aCustomer Care Specialist, you’ll work closely with patients undergoingTranscranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)treatment — a non-invasive, FDA-approved therapy for depression and other mental health conditions. You’ll be a calming, consistent presence throughout their care experience.
