Customer Education Specialist

AutogenAI revolutionizes the way people write, offering a collaborative platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizable success with significant ARR. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate and need to continue meeting the needs of our end users as we evolve our platform in a fast-changing environment.

One of the areas we are investing heavily in is our customer education program and online learning academy. As such, we are looking for an experienced Education Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering and optimizing educational content and training programs that help our customers effectively use our software products. The role involves collaborating with various departments to develop multimedia educational materials and directly engaging with customers to enhance their learning experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and produce high-quality multimedia content for customer education, including video tutorials, written guides, presentations, infographics, eLearning courses, and interactive materials. 

• Conduct needs assessments with customers to tailor educational initiatives that meet their specific requirements. 

• Conduct regular training sessions and webinars for customers. 

• Work closely with product teams to ensure educational content is accurate and aligned with product features and updates. 

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational materials based on customer feedback and performance data and make necessary improvements. 

• Collaborate with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a consistent message across all educational content. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends in educational technology and instructional design to enhance learning experiences. 

• 2+ years’ experience in instructional design or a similar role.

• Strong experience with various learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), content management systems, and video editing software. 

• Familiarity with graphic design, course development, and proficiency with instructional design software. 

• Experience building SCORM files.

• Ability to conduct needs analysis and recommend learning strategies. 

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions. 

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in technology and tools. 

Nice to have 

• 3+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company. 

• Experience with AI software.

• Bidding experience.

Must be able to travel by airplane, train or car to work with clients on site or receive training in another AutogenAI office, at least twice per month. 

 Salary range of $70 - 90K per year based on experience. Comprehensive benefits, 401K, and PTO package are also included.
