This position will focus on the Arkansas and South Texas markets, supporting both remote and newer AEs. Your work will help strengthen customer engagement, improve responsiveness, and enhance the overall customer experience. What You’ll Do • Make 25–50 outbound calls per week (lists assigned in coordination with Account Executives) • Follow up with customers after order delivery for feedback and additional opportunities • Re-engage with aging quotes and old leads • Proactively schedule site visits for Account Executives • Qualify and vet inbound leads before passing to AEs • Serve as an immediate customer contact when AEs are unavailable • Monitor AE email inboxes (with permission) to flag urgent customer needs • Create quotes for AEs and assist with CRM functions (e.g., account setup) • Support and enhance the customer experience What We’re Looking For • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Office, and Outlook (training provided) • A team player with a passion for supporting others and driving company growth All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability. #ind1
