Our Customer Enrollment Representatives are at the forefront of promoting AT&T’s service programs, enrolling customers, and closing sales. With a strong focus on driving sales revenue and ensuring a positive customer experience, this role is essential to our long-term success.
Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Representative:
• Engage with prospective customers directly, answer questions, and enroll them in service plans that best meet their needs.
• Drive sales performance by closing enrollments and contributing to weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records by entering customer information into our secure database.
• Support office operations through participation in training, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Take part in team meetings with leadership to improve skills and grow within the sales environment.
• Ensure client data is kept current and complete to support a seamless customer onboarding process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales, client services, account management, or leadership roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Energetic and professional demeanor with a strong interest in sales and customer success.
