Customer Enrolment Associate

OSF Communications is hiring a Customer Enrollment Associate to join our expanding team. This full-time, entry-level role is designed for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, customer service, and account management while representing advanced fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services. Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Associate • Engage with customers face-to-face and present fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions • Assist with service enrollments, account activations, plan upgrades, and billing inquiries • Provide clear and professional customer service and sales support tailored to each client’s needs • Track and update customer accounts, enrollment activity, and service records • Consistently meet and exceed sales, customer service, and enrollment goals • Work as part of a team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction • Stay current on telecommunications products, fiber internet promotions, and wireless service updates As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll connect directly with customers to explain service options, guide them through enrollments, activations, upgrades, and billing support, and deliver excellent customer service every step of the way. This is a high-energy role where your effort directly drives results, with weekly pay, uncapped commission, and advancement opportunities into leadership roles.
