Job Description
About the Job
Responsibilities answering phone calls, from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. Other duties include setting up appointments between customer and inspector, connecting with new leads and following up with old leads, and developing positive working relationships with the sales team.Â
Responsibility
- Managing all incoming leads for buying and selling of cars.
- Managing all whatsapp chat, calls and enquiries regarding mudah auto products.
- Setting up inspection appointments.
- Setting up car valuation for end users who intend to sell to mudah auto.
- Setting up car viewing and testing
- Pre-Sales, profiling to filter the qualification of loan, collection of documents for verifications.
Qualifications
- Good communication – in English and Malay.
- Preferable someone with one to two years in Customer ExperienceÂ
- Knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
- Has knowledge in Google sheets, Microsoft excel, CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Able to work from office (Petaling Jaya)
- Working hours is 9am – 6pm, 2 off days in a week but in rotation basis.
