Customer Experience Coordinator TITLE: Customer Experience Coordinator HOURS: Full-Time Opening and/or Closing shifts, M-F, (occasional availability on weekends) LOCATION: New York, New York COMPENSATION: Salary Arrive operates as a co-working platform for fitness with an elite team of members that rent space to privately train their high-caliber clients. JOBSUMMARY: • Overall responsibilities include assisting in daily administration by hosting the activities of the business, including scheduling, payment processing, customer relations, new client onboarding, communicating with vendors, and maintaining an organized space SPECIFICS OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handle members’ scheduling (daily, weekly, and monthly inbound requests via phone, email and in-person booking) with attention to detail and laser-like focus in order to create a superior experience for our members • Process membership payments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and produce invoices • Provide a superior experience for all guests with personalized greetings, assist with both member and client onboarding (via tours, communicating brand systems, helping acclimate members and clients to best utilize the space) and address member requests, complaints and concerns • Process communications between members, clients, Customer Experience Manager, Events Director, Founder, and others to develop the membership profile to cultivate insights, capture opportunities, and build strong relationships • Handle administrative duties such as: answering phones, emails, website chat and light space cleaning (eco-friendly policy), folding laundry to help maintain a fresh, ready-to-go, and inspiring experience for members • And other business needs as required to summary; potential to increase responsibility substantially based on the performance of the above outlined starting responsibilities YOU: • Sometimes you won’t know the right answer, but you’re the kind of person who is always up for the challenge and ready to think on your feet • Customers are complex.
