The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of resolving billing issues.

What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Experience Expert on the Production Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Educate customers of self service options
• Resolve technical issues
• Fix billing problems
• Establish new service or expand existing services.
• Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences

Who You Are:

As a CEE your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Great people skills
• A passion for helping others
