Customer Experience Representative

Role and Responsibilities: As the Jenni Kayne Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Communicate effectively through phone, email, SMS and live chat using Gladly with customers to determine their needs.
• Handle all inquiries regarding orders, exchange requests, refunds, gift cards, promotion codes, customer issues, etc.
• Maximize sales by clienteling, assisting in styling consultations, and providing friendly and welcoming customer service.
• Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage with us on our social media platforms through email and phone.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guideline.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment. Retail sales; women’s upper contemporary, multi-label or luxury designer preferred.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods –weekends, holidays, etc.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with CRM Platforms, Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Suite, etc.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily involves prolong sitting/standing.
• Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $49,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.  In addition, this full-time position is eligible for the following company benefits:
